Le Ranc, a charming Holiday cottage that makes you dream! It welcomes you to a peaceful, exceptionally well-preserved natural setting, just 2 minutes from the pretty riverside village of Labeaume, classified as a village of character.

You'll enjoy a large, beautiful infinity pool set among limestone cliffs, open from June to mid-September.
There's a lovely covered terrace with plancha at the entrance, which becomes the main room in summer, as well as private grounds. The interior is cosy. On the first floor, you'll find a living room with kitchenette, and upstairs an air-conditioned bedroom with 180cm bed and modern shower room.

Here, all linen is provided and the bed is made on arrival with linen sheets.

There's a shared washing machine and enclosed parking.
You share the open spaces all around, as well as the Piscine. The owners live nearby. Labeaume is ideally situated for discovering the Ardèche gorges and the Grotte Chauvet 2 - Ardèche, the characterful villages of Balazuc, Vogüé, ... and the beautiful markets of Ruoms, Joyeuse, ... where it's pleasant to stroll and taste delicious local produce. A hiking trail leads from the Holiday cottage to the dolmens. Adjoining the Holiday cottage 'La Béalière' (n°115712) but not overlooked.
