Sitting on a ledge, the village of St Romain de Lerps enjoys an excellent position overlooking the Rhône Valley and the Vineyards of Cornas and St Joseph.
At the foot of the belvedere, with an exceptional view of the Rhône Valley and the Alps, we have built 2 Holiday cottages close to our house, with a shared above-ground swimming pool (3.50 m x 7 m). If you wish, we can organize a storytelling activity for you.

Come and discover our 1st single-storey Holiday cottage, with Tourism and Handicap accreditation and its own south-facing terrace. It comprises a living room with sitting area and fitted kitchen, a bedroom with 1 double bed, a spacious bedroom for disabled access with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom (3 single beds including 2 bunk beds), shower room (Italian-style shower) with toilet, shower cubicle, and a 2nd independent toilet with hand-washer. Electric heating, with a fireplace in the living room.

The communal grounds of approx. 2000 m ² feature a trampoline and swing, and the environment is peaceful. From the Holiday cottage, you can go Hiking (GR and Chemin de Compostelle), visit sites such as Château de Crussol, as well as villages of character such as Chalencon or Boucieu le Roi, around 25 km away (Vélo Rail de Boucieu le Roi). 30 minutes from downtown Valence.
