Welcome to 'Le Pibou' Holiday cottage!
You're just 5 minutes from the pretty village of Les Vans, where you'll find all the services and entertainment you need, on a sunny hillside. The environment is peaceful.

The Holiday cottage adjoins a 2nd cottage. You share the Piscine with the owners.
You can enjoy the view from the covered terrace, the shady grounds under the oak or the shared grounds with a boules pitch.
The Holiday cottage comprises a fully-equipped living room/kitchenette, a bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm), a mezzanine with 2 single beds (90cm), a sitting area with sofa bed and TV, a shower room and WC.

Central heating is included in the rent.
Beds made on arrival. Baby equipment is available on request.

This is the ideal place to discover the southern Ardèche and its exceptional heritage. Take the time to stroll through the villages of character (Naves, Banne, Labeaume, ...). Take the side roads that will take you to Bois le Bois and the Chassezac gorges, visit the dolmens... Travel by canoe on the Chassezac or Ardèche rivers... Indulge in sun-kissed fruit and delicious local produce at one of the lovely Markets... A holiday full of surprises and a change of scenery!
The owner's swimming pool (10m x 5m) is salt-treated, open from May 1 and fenced. In certain cases (sanitary measures), the hours are regulated between 12pm and 2pm and after 6pm).

The owner's Piscine (10m x 5m, enclosed) is salt-treated from May to September, weather permitting. In some cases, opening hours are regulated between 12pm and 2pm and after 6pm / unheated.
