In a fully renovated former sheepfold, nestled in a typical Ardèche hamlet, enjoy the peace and quiet and exceptional panoramic views over the Bésorgues valley.
Surrounded by chestnut groves, take the time to explore the many hiking trails in the area, discovering wild flora and fauna, plunge into the river's waterfalls or practice canyoning.
The hamlet of Le Soulier is 15 minutes from the village of Antraigues (made famous by the poet Jean Ferrat), 25 minutes from the spa town of Vals les Bains (casino, swimming pool, cinema) and 35 minutes from Aubenas, capital of the southern Ardèche. The Ardèche plateau (with its lakes and Mont Gerbier de Jonc) is 30 minutes away. For nature lovers, the Ardèche Gorges are 45 minutes away.
The stone Holiday cottage is completely independent, with its own entrance, private parking and closed garage. It has 3 levels:
On the 1st floor, there's a half-covered terrace with access to a 1st independent bedroom (bed 140x190cm), with a private shower room (multi-jet shower cubicle, toilet) and a laundry room (with washing machine). From this bedroom, access to the living room on the 2nd level is via an outside staircase.
On the 2nd floor, a large living room with fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, multi-function microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, etc.), TV, 3-seater sofa and a large terrace overlooking the valley.
On the 3rd floor, the 2nd bedroom (accessible by inside or outside stairs) has a double bed (160 x200) and a private bathroom with toilet.
Finally, enjoy moments of rest and conviviality with family or friends on the 3rd terrace, in the garden, with panoramic views over the Ardèche landscape. For your comfort, beds made up and linens supplied. Heating included. Pets welcome!
