Le Petit Sapet

An authentic, verdant setting for 'Le Petit Sapet'. The gîte is located in a hamlet in the commune of St Victor. From the top of this high plateau, you can admire the unobstructed view of the Ardèche landscape, as well as the cows from the neighboring farm grazing in the meadows below.

It's in this peaceful setting that you'll find the stone house, attached on one side (year-round rental). The accommodation features a bright living room with fully-equipped kitchen, dining area with large wooden table and sitting area with sofa, fireplace and TV. Warm and friendly atmosphere. A corridor leads to the two bedrooms: one with a 140cm bed, the other with two 90cm beds. Bathroom with bath and separate WC complete the property. Enjoy the view and country air from the terrace, complete with garden table and deckchairs. From the terrace, a staircase leads to a small garden, where young and old alike can enjoy themselves. There's also a bicycle shed (the garden has gated access). A second small terrace is located in front of the house, ideal for a quiet cup of coffee.

A rich and varied program awaits you during your stay: board the Train de l'Ardèche, take a ride on the Vélorail, discover the characterful village of Boucieu Le Roi or stroll through the local markets. On foot or by bike, there are many walks nearby, and swimming is possible at the St Félicien swimming pool (7km).

Beds are made on arrival and cleaning is included. Towels available for hire. Electric heating included, first flambé for the fireplace offered and additional wood available on request at extra cost, to be discussed with the owner.
