Set in a small hamlet in the southern Ardèche region, this pretty stone house is ideally located for discovering the wonders of the Cévennes. You'll benefit from being close to the village center, where you'll find essential shops (bread, groceries, newsagents) and can sample delicious local produce. For those who enjoy cultural activities, you can visit the famous Grotte Chauvet 2-Ardèche, the Grotte de la Cocalière and explore the beautiful villages of Banne and Labeaume. A visit to the sublime Bois de Païolive overlooking the Gorges du Chassezac is a must. For those who prefer outdoor and sporting activities, you won't be bored thanks to the many hiking and mountain biking trails, canoeing and kayaking in the Gorges de l'Ardèche, etc. Le Petit Léo is a Semi-detached house in the village, with a lovely terrace shaded by an old mulberry tree where you can enjoy meals and barbecues.

Completely renovated in Countryside style, you'll enter the living room with wood-burning stove and fitted kitchen, and upstairs you'll find an air-conditioned bedroom with a 160cm bed, and a second air-conditioned attic bedroom with a 140cm bed and a 120cm single bed. A sitting area with TV is ideal for relaxing, and the bathroom has a lovely walk-in shower and washing machine. There's everything you need for your little ones. For a refreshing dip, you have access to the owners' swimming pool 150 m away, which is shared from June to September with the owners and tenants of the other 2 Holiday cottages. The owners are farmers and will be delighted to show you their produce. Electric heating and wood heating are extra on the cooler wings of the season.
