Located in the small hamlet of Les Salelles, in Saint-Maurice-d'Ibie, the Holiday cottage de l'Oliveraie welcomes you in a completely renovated stone house, combining traditional charm and modern comfort. It is located in a peaceful cul-de-sac.

Its comfort, tranquility and well-appointed facilities make for a rejuvenating stay for two, in the heart of a typical, unspoilt environment. In summer, the Holiday cottage has a cooling floor.

Accessed by an outside staircase, the Holiday cottage has a pleasant terrace overlooking the olive groves, two deckchairs for your moments of relaxation, table and electric plancha for your outdoor meals. Opposite, a garden shared with the owners' second Holiday cottage invites you to enjoy the fine weather, including a petanque court for convivial moments.

Inside, a warm and inviting living area awaits you: lounge with sofa bed, TV, bluetooth speaker, fireplace (wood supplied), modular table that can be transformed into a pool table. The kitchen area is fully equipped. The bedroom has a 160 cm bed and direct access to the shower room. Separate WC.

In the immediate vicinity, discover the Ibie valley, a Natura 2000 site, with its magnificent swimming spots. Only 15 minutes away: the Grotte Chauvet 2, the Pont d'Arc, the Gorges de l'Ardèche and numerous characterful villages. Walks, local markets and a small inn just a stone's throw away complete this ideal setting for an authentic vacation.

Beds made on arrival, bathroom linen and tea towels provided, as well as wood for the fireplace.
