THIS HOLIDAY COTTAGE BENEFITS FROM A REFRESHING FLOOR
In the small hamlet of Les Salelles, in St Maurice d'Ibie, come and spend a pleasant, relaxing vacation and discover the wonders of the southern Ardèche.
You'll be close to the Vallée de l'Ibie, a Natura 2000 site, with its magnificent swimming spots. The must-see sites are around 15 minutes away: the Grotte Chauvet 2-Ardèche, the villages of character and, of course, the famous Pont d'Arc at the gateway to the Gorges de l'Ardèche. There are many walks and strolls through the narrow streets of the stone-built hamlet. Small inn nearby, shops and services just a few minutes away, and numerous markets to sample local produce.
The small Holiday cottage de l'Oliveraie is located in a cul-de-sac used by the owners and their second cottage (additional bookings possible).
It has been entirely renovated with taste and modernity, while retaining the soul of a stone house.
A few steps lead to a small terrace overlooking the olive trees and the gîte's private garden. This outdoor area, complete with deckchair, is ideal for relaxing in the sun or enjoying a meal.
Accessed from the terrace, you'll enter a lovely living room with a sofa bed and TV. The living room is warm and inviting, with a fireplace (wood supplied) and a table that can be transformed into a pool table. You'll find all the equipment you need for cooking. The bedroom has a 160cm bed and access to the shower room. Separate WC.
Everything you need for an ideal 2-person vacation: Beds made on arrival, towels and tea towels provided, electric plancha available.
For cleaning, if you don't want to do it before you leave, you can take the package deal. No extra charge.

Excellent séjour
5/5Nous avons passé un agréable séjour accompagné de notre fidèle berger Australien qui avait le droit de se balader librement dans l'oliveraie.
L'accueil de M. MASSOT est chaleureux et le petit cadeau d'arrivée fait toujours plaisir !
Nous recommanderons cet endroit avec plaisir et nous y reviendrons sûrement avec beaucoup d'enthousiasme !PS : Le billard est une excellente idée et nous a occupé quelques soirées

5/5Gite très confortable et calme ,face aux oliviers et aux vignes, situé dans un petit hameau agréable ou nous avons pris plaisir à nous promener.
Propriétaires très sympathiques, discrets, donnant beaucoup d'informations sur les sites proches à visiter pour mieux découvrir la région .( Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, Grotte Chauvet 2....)
Nous avons passé 2 semaines merveilleuses.

Au cœur de l' Ardèche...
5/5Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au hameau des Salelles. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous dans ce gîte à la fois très confortable et fonctionnel.
Nous avons été séduits par la beauté du paysage ardéchois à redécouvrir chaque jour de "notre"terrasse ainsi que par la quiétude des lieux.
