THIS HOLIDAY COTTAGE BENEFITS FROM A COOLING FLOOR
Located in the small hamlet of Les Salelles, in Saint-Maurice-d'Ibie, the Holiday cottage de l'Oliveraie welcomes you in a completely renovated stone house, combining traditional charm and modern comfort. It is located in a peaceful cul-de-sac.
Its comfort, tranquility and well-appointed facilities make for a rejuvenating stay for two, in the heart of a typical, unspoilt environment. In summer, the Holiday cottage has a cooling floor.
Accessed by an outside staircase, the Holiday cottage has a pleasant terrace overlooking the olive groves, two deckchairs for your moments of relaxation, table and electric plancha for your outdoor meals. Opposite, a garden shared with the owners' second Holiday cottage invites you to enjoy the fine weather, including a petanque court for convivial moments.
Inside, a warm and inviting living area awaits you: lounge with sofa bed, TV, bluetooth speaker, fireplace (wood supplied), modular table that can be transformed into a pool table. The kitchen area is fully equipped. The bedroom has a 160 cm bed and direct access to the shower room. Separate WC.
In the immediate vicinity, discover the Ibie valley, a Natura 2000 site, with its magnificent swimming spots. Only 15 minutes away: the Grotte Chauvet 2, the Pont d'Arc, the Gorges de l'Ardèche and numerous characterful villages. Walks, local markets and a small inn just a stone's throw away complete this ideal setting for an authentic vacation.
Beds made on arrival, bathroom linen and tea towels provided, as well as wood for the fireplace.
If you don't want to do the housework before you leave, you can take the package deal.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le gîte est confortable, impeccable. Nous avons adoré la vue sur la vallée depuis la petite terrasse où nous avons pu dîner tous les soirs et le calme du hameau. Le gîte est très bien situé ( randonnées, Vallon Pont d’arc à proximité). La vallée de l’Ibie est magnifique et loin des zones touristiques. Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Allain, le petit cadeau à l’arrivée fait toujours plaisir. Une adresse à recommander!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte à commencer par l'accueil chaleureux de notre hôte M.Massot, qui a pris le temps de nous recommander les différents 'must' à ne pas manquer au niveau visites, balades et restauration dans la région.
La petite terrasse à l'avant offre une superbe vue dégagée sur une belle vallée plantée de vignes et d'oliviers. Le gîte en lui-même était parfaitement conforme à son descriptif et à nos attentes . Celui-ci est plus que spacieux pour accueillir deux personnes et est équipé de tout le confort moderne.
Le gîte est situé au calme à l'extrémité d'un petit hameau mais très facilement accessible.
La météo étant au rendez-vous durant notre séjour , nous avons donc pu profiter pleinement de celui-ci.
En conclusion ,nous ne pouvons que recommander vivement cette belle découverte.

Abigaël Excellent séjour
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour accompagné de notre fidèle berger Australien qui avait le droit de se balader librement dans l'oliveraie.
L'accueil de M. MASSOT est chaleureux et le petit cadeau d'arrivée fait toujours plaisir !
Nous recommanderons cet endroit avec plaisir et nous y reviendrons sûrement avec beaucoup d'enthousiasme !PS : Le billard est une excellente idée et nous a occupé quelques soirées
