At an altitude of 900 meters, this completely renovated former farmhouse offers total immersion in nature, with birdsong, rustling trees and the furtive passage of wild animals.

The Holiday cottage Le Perrier des Bois is the promise of a stay in the heart of nature. The nearest village, Lalouvesc, is 5 km away and offers a number of local shops. Access to the Holiday cottage is via a small road and then a dirt track. Before that, you'll enjoy superb panoramic views over the northern Ardèche, over several passes.

An exceptional setting for total relaxation. Perched on a mountainside and surrounded by several hectares of Forest, the Holiday cottage overlooks a small stream that meanders below. Here, nature reigns supreme: the rugged, wild terrain makes it an unspoilt place, but less suitable for young Kids.

The interior of the Holiday cottage combines authentic charm and comfort. Stone walls and wood create a warm atmosphere, while the spacious living areas allow everyone to find their place. There's a fully-equipped self-contained kitchen, a large living room with high ceilings, a dining area and a sitting area. Two wood-burning stoves, perfect for warming up after a nice walk.
Two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140 cm), the other with two single beds (90 cm). A mezzanine, open to the living room, with two single beds (90 cm). Two bathrooms with showers and two WCs, one of which is separate. Our favorite feature: a superb suspended wooden terrace, where you can feel alone in the world, facing the immensity of the Forest.

Whether you're a hiker or a cyclist, you'll appreciate the closed cellar for storing your gear. Numerous hiking and cycling trails pass close by, including those of the famous Ardéchoise, a legendary cycling race. Discover the region: Lalouvesc and its basilica, Annonay: the cradle of hot-air ballooning, Peaugres and its safari or Saint Bonnet le Froid: a gourmet village. Swimming: Moulin d'Armand lake 5 km away and Lake Devesset 20 km away.
