5 minutes from Aubenas (a shopping town with cinemas and many restaurants), self-contained gîte on the lower level of our property, with lovely shady grounds under the pines. Our swimming pool (6,20X3,50) is on site. Ground floor: living room/kitchenette with sofa and TV, internet access, large veranda with dining area. Upstairs: 1 air-conditioned bedroom (1 bed 140, 1 bed 90), shower room with WC. Outside, a small laundry room with washing machine and toilet. Electric heating. Cot available on request. Private parking lot reserved for the gîte. We are in a quiet environment. Walks in the pine forests depart from the house. Ideally located in the center of the department for visiting the villages of character (Ailhon, Vinezac, Balazuc, Antraigues....), the prestigious sites of the Gorges de l'Ardèche and Pont d'Arc, the Mont Ardéchoise and Mont Gerbier de Jonc or Lac d'Issarlès....

Moi Se ressourcer en Ardèche
Charmante petite maison au calme, dans les collines d'Aubenas. Possibilité de profiter des commodités de la ville et de toutes les activités de loisir aux environs.
Piscine très agréable dans la propriété. Tout ce qu'il faut pour passer des vacances super agréables.
