Located in the heart of southern Ardèche, in the village of Lavilledieu, this air-conditioned holiday cottage welcomes you to a peaceful and idyllic setting, perfect for a relaxing and time for wellbeing.

Designed to offer comfort and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, it features pleasant and functional interior spaces, allowing everyone to fully enjoy their stay, even on the hottest days thanks to the air conditioning. The tasteful decor and warm atmosphere make it a true home away from home where you immediately feel like you’re on vacation.

Outside, you’ll enjoy beautiful spaces designed for relaxation and al fresco dining (deck chairs and a fire pit are available). The fully enclosed property, spanning over 1,000 m², offers a secure and secluded setting, particularly appreciated by families with kids. The Piscine* invites you to swim and relax under the Ardèche sun, while the various outdoor areas allow everyone to find their own quiet corner.

From the terrace, shaded by an electric awning, you can enjoy beautiful sunny days and summer evenings in complete peace.
Access to the holiday cottage is via a few outdoor steps; all rooms are then on the same level.
Inside, a beautiful air-conditioned living area featuring a fully equipped kitchen-dining room, a living room with a large-screen TV, and the sleeping quarters, 3 comfortable air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a 160cm bed, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a partitioned area for the toilet, and a laundry room. For your comfort, beds are made on arrival and towels are included!
Parking spaces are available on the property.

Ideally located, the holiday cottage is an excellent starting point for exploring the treasures of the Ardèche: charming villages (Vogüé, Balazuc, Labeaume...), Provençal markets, hiking, rivers, and remarkable natural sites. Just a few kilometers away, the famous Ardèche Gorges, the Pont d’Arc, the Chauvet Cave, and numerous outdoor activities will delight those seeking adventure and escape.
