2 Holiday cottages in 18th-century buildings in a peaceful, unspoilt natural setting, in the heart of a panoramic site between the village of Labeaume and the Rocher de Sampzon.
You're in the heart of our vineyard and orchard.
Bonus: access to the village of Labeaume and its famous Beaches at 700m via a magnificent footpath.
Holiday cottage Le Mûrier is a stone house with a lovely 36m² private terrace.
Inside, arranged over 2 levels, the ground floor features a living room with lounge and kitchenette, a shower room and separate toilet.
Upstairs, you'll find 2 attic bedrooms with one 140cm bed and 2 90cm beds.
Bed linen provided on arrival.
Electric heating. Baby equipment on request. Carport. All shops and activities 5 minutes away.
Internet connection in a room shared by the Holiday cottages. Pets allowed (with deposit) subject to Holiday cottage rules (no access to bedrooms).

le gite très propre et fonctionnel
super en cette période de fortes chaleurs à 1km à pied du gite il y a le magnifique village de Labeaume où coule une rivière et l'on peut s'y baignerMerci aux propriétaires également pour le petit cadeau de bienvenu

Myriam Très agréable séjour en Ardèche
Joli gîte extrêmement bien situé, très calme et très bien équipé, avec une belle terrasse , qui nous a permis de passer un séjour très très agréable à la découverte du sud de l'Ardèche !
Il est particulièrement appréciable de pouvoir rejoindre à pied le joli village de Labeaume et ses plages

quenzy superbe séjour
Super accueil et propriétaire très sympathique. Gite très bien exposé dans une jolie bâtisse en pierre, avec vue dégagée sur les vignes et montagnes. Proximité de Labeaume à pied, et du Mas Daudet. Supérette dans le village de St ALban ouverte tous les jours, très pratique. Nous reviendrons.

SLB séjour en ardèche
Très beau site, au calme, avec la possibilité de faire de belles découvertes des alentours à pied avant même de prendre sa voiture. Excellent accueil des propriétaires. Gite très propre. A recommander.
