In southern Ardèche, the Holiday cottage 'Le Murier' is set in a small hamlet surrounded by vineyards, 5 minutes from Ruoms and 10 minutes from Vallon Pont d'Arc.
South-facing, the covered terrace offers breathtaking views of the Rocher de Sampzon and the surrounding countryside.
For your comfort, all rooms are equipped with mosquito nets.

On the 1st floor, the Holiday cottage comprises a large living room/kitchenette with fireplace (free wood), a bedroom with a double bed (140cm), and a bathroom with toilet.
Upstairs, a bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm), a bedroom with a single bed (140cm), a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and 2 single beds (90cm), a bathroom and separate WC. Central heating included, baby equipment on site. Enclosed courtyard. Only one pet allowed.

Land in front of the Holiday cottage for parking and playing, shared with an adjoining 2nd Holiday cottage.

Here, you're in the heart of nature for a relaxing vacation. There's plenty to see and do nearby: discover the Gorges de l'Ardèche and the Grotte Chauvet 2, the listed villages of Labeaume, Balazuc, Vogüé, the caves of La Madeleine, Orgnac, Marzal, and many leisure activities: canoeing, climbing, caving...

It's also the starting point for Hiking trails to explore this Mediterranean Ardèche and its exceptional landscapes.
