On the banks of the Duzon, this property combines a Holiday cottage with the owners' home. No superfluous luxury here, just the essentials to reconnect with nature. A Countryside setting appreciated by fishermen and lovers of wide open spaces. The more inquisitive can follow the flow of water and discover soothing landscapes along the river. Chickens, rabbits and dogs roam freely around the property, adding to the friendly atmosphere.

In fine weather, you can enjoy a refreshing dip in the Piscine shared with the owners, ideal after a day's walking or exploring. The Holiday cottage is located on a Hiking trail that crosses the bridge at the property (low walls). It's easy to set off on foot to explore the surrounding area. On your return, you can enjoy a relaxing moment on a deckchair in front of the Holiday cottage, lulled by the murmur of the river, or a convivial meal under the covered terrace.

Le Moulin du Duzon Holiday cottage is all about simplicity and authenticity. The owners are always available to advise you on their favorite spots. It has its own entrance. The interior includes a fully equipped kitchen with dining table. Two small steps lead up to the living room with table, sofa and TV. Two small bedrooms are available, one with a 140cm bed, the other with Bunk beds. The bathroom has a shower and separate WC.

There's no need to take the car to make the most of your stay. The Duzon river invites you to go fishing and swimming. Hiking and mountain biking trails are directly accessible from the property.

Alternatively, discover the Château de Crussol, the Cité du Chocolat Valrhona, the vineyards of the Rhône Valley, or the Train de l'Ardèche and the Vélo Rail in the Gorges du Doux.
