Welcome to Le Mimosa Holiday cottage for a comfortable, relaxing and discovery-filled stay in the heart of southern Ardèche.

This modern, detached Bungalow is ideally located just 1km from the center of the village of Vallon Pont d'Arc and the famous Pont d'Arc.

As soon as you arrive, you'll appreciate the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation.
There's space for everyone to make the most of the Ardèche sunshine: a pleasant covered terrace with plancha, perfect for summer meals and long evenings.

The private swimming pool, a real asset to the Holiday cottage, promises cool, shared fun for young and old alike.

The interior is very comfortable and meticulously furnished, featuring a beautiful living room with reversible air-conditioning. Bright and welcoming, it includes a living area, a dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen.
The sleeping area comprises 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a 180cm bed and the other with two 90cm beds. Modern bathroom with Italian shower and separate toilet with hand-washer and hand shower for added comfort.

The village is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, markets and summer events. Nature and outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the close proximity of hiking trails, canoeing in the Gorges de l'Ardèche and swimming.
Discover the picturesque villages of Balazuc and Labeaume. A visit to the Grotte Chauvet 2 Ardèche is a must, as are the many cultural and natural sites that make the region so rich.
