Located in the commune of Vagnas, between Vallon Pont d'Arc and Barjac, you're in the heart of an unspoilt region, just a stone's throw from the Gard region and close to the famous Grotte Chauvet 2.

The Holiday cottage, adjoining an outbuilding, is decorated in a warm, natural style: exposed stone walls, elegant vaulted ceilings, fireplace with wood-burning insert... Everything here exudes character and a gentle way of life.

The interior features a magnificent vaulted stone living room with a fully-equipped kitchenette, a large, cosy sitting room with sofa, armchairs and two 90 cm single beds, and a comfortable bedroom with a 160 cm bed. The bathroom with WC completes the ensemble. Electric heating for all-season comfort.

Outside, a pretty terrace and shady grounds await you for meals or moments of relaxation. The unoverlooked property offers a beautiful view of the surrounding Countryside. In the evening, sit out in the garden to watch the sun set and enjoy the peace and quiet.

The surrounding area abounds in activities and discoveries: swimming and canoeing in the Gorges de l'Ardèche, walking or cycling in the beautiful Ardèche countryside, visiting the Château des Roure or the charming village of Barjac.
