Le Miandon

Le Miandon, a pretty, well-equipped and comfortable wooden house in the heart of a landscaped garden, is located in the Ardèche verte region, 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot from the City of Annonay (Ardèche's largest city). A private, south-facing terrace overlooking the Piscine lets you enjoy the great outdoors. Le Miandon is close to a number of sports facilities (tennis court, bowling alley, bike paths). Things to see and do nearby: Zoo Safari de Peaugres (a must-see for young and old alike) - Ardéchoise cycle race - Le Mastrou tourist train - Vélo rail - Accrobranche - Via ferrata - Hot-air ballooning - 18-hole Golf de St Clair - Hiking - Jardin Zen de Tain l'Hermitage - Rhône Valley wines... You'll appreciate the ground-level access from the private parking lot, closed by an automatic gate, the shaded terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs, and our heated swimming pool (available from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.). Attractive living room with integrated kitchenette and sitting area (sofa - flat-screen TV, internet connection, multimedia tower), large bedroom with private shower room and WC (140cm bed, cot, bed linen provided and beds made on arrival, bathroom linen and towels supplied + cleaning kit). Pet cleaning required (€30). Air-conditioning in the main room, which also cools the bedroom.
