Le Mazet des Sources, an eco-friendly Holiday cottage, is located in the heart of a beautiful setting, in the hamlet of Brès, in Payzac.
It's surrounded by olive groves, vineyards, orchards and numerous springs. An exceptional landscape!

You're in the southern Ardèche, in the Parc Naturel Régional de l'Ardèche méridionale, bordering the Parc Naturel des Cévennes.
It's the ideal place to discover the region's many activities: canoeing down the Ardèche or Chassezac rivers, Hiking or cycling, swimming in the river, fishing, not forgetting visits to well-known sites such as the Ardèche Gorges and the Grotte Chauvet2-Ardèche.
You'll also appreciate the proximity of the village of Les Vans, renowned for its farmers' and potters' markets and various festivals.

At Holiday cottage, everything is designed to respect the environment: plant-based sanitation, solar panels for electricity production and a natural swimming pool.
The pool is located in front of the owners' home, 50 meters from Le Mazet, and is available from 10am to 12pm and from 4pm to 6pm.

The accommodation comprises an air-conditioned living room with sofa, wood-burning stove, fully-equipped kitchen and dining area.
On the night side, two bedrooms, one with a 160 cm bed, the other with a pull-out bed sleeping 2. Bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet.
Beds made on arrival and bathroom linen included.
Take advantage of the semi-covered terrace to admire the scenery.
Private, sheltered parking. Bicycle storage available. Internet connection available at the owner's.
