This former guest house has been converted into a Holiday cottage adjoining the owners' home.
What's more, with its perfect location for visiting the wonders of the southern Ardèche, you'll enjoy a calm, natural environment, with an unobstructed view of the Sampzon rock on one side and the confluence of the Beaume and Ardèche rivers on the other.
Its proximity to the village of Ruoms means you can walk to the Market and shops in complete safety, thanks to the greenway less than 300m from the house.
Calm, relaxation and rest are guaranteed in this pleasant, authentic setting! The landscaped garden, the lovely terrace shaded by the mulberry tree and the Piscine shared with the owners, who are very discreet, will be the last strong points to tip your choice and come to Mas St Michel.
This 2-storey farmhouse offers spacious living accommodation. On the ground floor, the living room with its independent kitchen will make you feel right at home. What's more, the living room is cosy and warm, with a wood-burning stove (1st basket free). The first two bedrooms are on this level and include a 140cm bed, a 160cm bed and a 90cm bed (additional trundle bed). The next two bedrooms are upstairs, with one 140 and one 160 bed and two 90 beds. Shower and WC in each bedroom. Separate WC on the first floor in the laundry area.

Travel light and pack light: Beds made on arrival and towels provided.

Internet connection throughout the house. Private parking for cars and courtyard with two-wheeler shelter.
