Le Mas Lamel

Located near the village of Joyeuse, in the small hamlet of Bazalet, Mas Lamel is the perfect place to recharge and enjoy a vacation in a natural, authentic, and charming setting. Discover the wonderful landscapes of the Cévennes in the Ardèche and its charming villages. From the holiday cottage, the owners can point you toward numerous hiking trails. For a refreshing break, what could be better than the Drobie River, which you can reach on foot if you’re a good walker, or in 5 minutes by car. All shops and services are in Joyeuse, about 20 minutes away.
The holiday cottage has been completely renovated and divided into two distinct sections, preserving the spirit of the house and the hamlet: modern comfort blended with traditional decor.
In the first part of the house:
. Ground floor: living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy little sitting room, 2 bedrooms (each with a 140-cm bed), 1 small bathroom with shower and toilet
. First floor, fully air-conditioned: 2 bedrooms (one with a 140-bed and a sofa bed, the other with 2 120-beds, ideal for Kids), 1 bathroom with shower and toilet, and another living room—very unique with its dark stone wall—perfect for watching TV, playing "Nintendo Switch," or simply reading.

A veranda with sliding glass doors leads to the vaulted gallery, a large living area perfect for family meals.
From there, access to the second part of the house:
. Ground floor: a built-in kitchen open to a living room with air conditioning and a fireplace, plus access to the terrace. Bathroom and toilet
. Upper floor: 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (one with a 140-bed, the other with 2 90-beds)
And last but not least, you’ll be charmed by the holiday cottage’s outdoor spaces. Between the small shaded terrace, the large garden that can also be used as a pétanque court, and the land on the hillside spanning up to 10ha, there’s plenty to keep both young and old entertained. Pets are allowed for an additional cleaning fee. Beds are made on arrival, and towels are available for an extra charge.
