You're in the commune of Saint Marcel d'Ardèche, a village with a medieval heart surrounded by the vineyards of the Côtes du Rhône. The Location is ideal for discovering all the treasures of southern Ardèche (Gorges de l'Ardèche, Grotte Chauvet 2, the famous villages of Balazuc, Labeaume or Saint-Montant), northern Gard or even Drôme Provençale. Nature lovers will be delighted by the hilly landscapes, which can be explored on foot, by bike or by canoe.

Away from the hustle and bustle, discover Mas Labégude, an old farmhouse that has been completely renovated and now houses a gîte, a bed and breakfast and the owners' home. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the setting, by the shared Piscine*. Don't forget to admire Mont Ventoux from your deckchair.

The Holiday cottage has its own entrance from the parking lot, and everything inside has been designed for a peaceful, comfortable vacation. Meticulously decorated and equipped to a high standard. On the ground floor are the living areas, with a fully-equipped kitchen, a furnished living room and a patio for outdoor meals, complete with garden table and electric grill. Also on this level are a WC and a storeroom with washing machine. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with two 90cm beds that can be converted into a 180cm bed, and the other with a 160cm bed. Each bedroom has its own shower room with WC, and a private terrace off one bedroom, ideal for a morning coffee or siesta. The Holiday cottage is fully air-conditioned, with underfloor cooling on the first floor and reversible air-conditioning in each bedroom. Beds made on arrival and towels provided. Internet connection throughout the Holiday cottage.
