In the heart of the village of Les Vans, Le Mas Fa Susa invites you to enjoy a vacation that combines relaxation, exploration, and the Ardèche way of life.
This family home enjoys a prime location in a peaceful neighborhood, yet is within walking distance of the village’s lively streets, its many shops, cafés, restaurants, and its weekly market—renowned for its local flavors and authentic atmosphere.

Surrounded by olive and laurel trees, the holiday cottage occupies the upper floor of the house and is accessible via an interior staircase (the ground floor is unoccupied).
As soon as you arrive, you’ll be charmed by its 1,100 m² wooded property, perfect for spending time together and relaxing.

In the natural shade of the trees, enjoy al fresco meals, barbecue evenings, and long summer days by the private Piscine—a real treat for young and old alike.

The interior, bathed in light thanks to its many windows, offers a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.
The large, air-conditioned living area combines the living room, dining area, and kitchen into a cozy open space that opens onto a pleasant balcony terrace. From this vantage point, breakfast takes on a special charm with views of the village of Les Vans and the surrounding countryside.

The sleeping area consists of three air-conditioned bedrooms, providing comfortable accommodations for the whole family.
You’ll have one bedroom with a 160-cm bed, one with a 140-cm bed, and one equipped with two 80-cm beds. A bathroom with a bathtub and double sinks, as well as a separate toilet, is available.

To make your stay more convenient, a garage is available for your car, bicycles, or motorcycles.
Cycling enthusiasts will appreciate the many bike paths and routes that crisscross the surrounding area.

Mas Fa Susa’s location is ideal for exploring the treasures of the Ardèche Cévennes.
Discover the narrow streets of Les Vans, the charming villages of Naves and Thines, the majestic landscapes of the Bois de Païolive, and the Chassezac Gorges—perfect for Swimming, canoeing, or Hiking. Nature lovers can also explore the Monts d’Ardèche Regional Nature Park, with its exceptional panoramic views and numerous trails.

For your comfort, the beds are made on arrival, and housekeeping is included. Towels are available for an additional fee. Your four-legged friend is also welcome for an additional fee.
