A 10-minute walk takes you to the center of Aubenas, where you'll find shops, restaurants and services. The Thermal baths of Vals les Bains are just a few minutes away. The Holiday cottage's privileged location allows you to discover the Monts d'Ardèche and marvel at the south with its unmissable gorges, listed villages and the famous Grotte Chauvet 2.
It comprises a large 12-person Holiday cottage and a small 2-person cottage, with independent entrance and living areas.
The large Holiday cottage comprises 2 suites (bedrooms with private shower rooms and WCs), a bedroom with a double bed, a dormitory sleeping 6 in Bunk beds, a shower room and separate WCs for the bedroom and dormitory.
In an independent wing, the small Holiday cottage offers additional space on the first floor with a double bedroom, shower room and separate WC.
In this renovated stone house, you'll enjoy all the comforts of home, with air-conditioning in the bedrooms (the small Holiday cottage is not air-conditioned).
With its two terraces, you'll enjoy pleasant moments outdoors. On the south side, the area by the Piscine, under a shady pergola, features a large table ideal for meals, with barbecue and plancha available. On the north side, you'll find garden furniture in the shade of the plane tree, ideal for relaxing after a game of pétanque or table tennis.

You'll never be bored here, thanks to the games room with TV, pool table and table soccer. Everything is included: Beds made on arrival, towels provided and end-of-stay cleaning.
