Welcome to Ruoms, in the heart of the Ardèche, where the charm of the village meets the natural beauty of the surrounding countryside!
We invite you to stay in our magnificent stone farmhouse, ideal for 6 people and 2 babies.
Whether with family or friends, Le Mas du Rocher offers every modern comfort for a peaceful vacation.
Set in an idyllic green setting, you can relax in the shady garden in the shade of the summer sun.
Enjoy your coffee on the terrace, overlooking the Sampzon rock and the infinity pool.
The pool house will be your favorite place to relax, with its garden furniture, barbecue, summer kitchen with real pizza oven and electric exercise bike.
Inside, an entrance hall leads to the main rooms, including a cosy living room with fireplace (1st basket free, then €10 per additional basket) and 2 comfortable sofas, a dining room opening onto the terrace and a well-equipped kitchen and laundry room.
The sleeping area comprises 3 bedrooms, each with a 140cm bed, a 160cm bed and a 180cm bed. Beds made on arrival for a comfortable arrival.
A large bathroom with walk-in shower, double washbasin and toilet. A 2nd independent toilet.
Direct access to the "Voie Verte" (green path) from the Mas, perfect for getting to the small city of Ruoms or for Hiking or cycling.
The Holiday cottage is 2km from a supermarket and its drive. For those with a sweet tooth, come and visit Ruoms City 2.5km away and its Market every Friday morning. You'll find a wide variety of local and artisanal products. Ideally located for outdoor activities (Hiking, descents of the gorges, mountain biking, climbing...).
We accept a maximum of 2 pets under certain conditions: 25/kg/dog, house-trained, used to traveling with their owner,

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche im Mas de Rocher!
Cécile und Pierre sind sehr sympathische und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Das Haus ist geräumig und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und der große (und rundum eingezäunte) Garten mit Pool ist ideal zum Entspannen.
Direkt hinter dem Haus verläuft die Via Ardèche, perfekt für lange Spaziergänge mit dem Hund oder Fahrradtouren. Die ganze Gegend ist sehr eindrucksvoll mit vielen kleinen, malerischen Dörfern und idyllischen Plätzen direkt an der Ardèche!- Cleanliness

Merci beaucoup pour votre avis très positif. Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez passé une belle semaine au Mas de Rocher et que vous ayez apprécié aussi bien la maison que le jardin. C'est une chance d'être à proximité des nombreux petits villages de caractère!
. Nous avons eu grand plaisir à vous accueillir avec Alfred, et nous espérons que la rentrée s'est bien passée pour tout le monde !

Familie Wunderschöne Ardéche
Cecile und Pierre sind wunderbare und sehr herzliche Gastgeber. Das Haus ist geräumig und liebevoll eingerichtet, der Pool ist groß und sehr erfrischend, da er nicht beheizt ist. Die Bar/der Essbereich am Pool brauchen Pflege, ein alter Kühlschrank, alter Herd und ein altes Laufband wurden dort abgestellt, somit ist es sehr ungepflegt und nicht nutzbar, trotzdem den großen Esstisch mit dem herrlichen Ausblick auf den Pool und Sampzon haben wir jeden Tag genossen. Wir sind sehr erholt nach Hause gefahren.

Merci beaucoup pour votre séjour et pour vos appréciations positives sur notre accueil. Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez passé un séjour reposant et apprécié la vue sur le rocher de Sampzon.
Concernant vos remarques, nous précisons que le frigo et la cuisiniere présents dans le pool house ne font pas partie des équipements proposés dans l'annonce. En revanche, nous prenons en compte votre retour sur le tapis de course et allons y remédier, c'est vrai qu'il est dans un espace non clos et que les feuilles y sont présentes lors de jours venteux.

On a passer 2 semaines magnifiques en couple dans cette superbe maison, entourée d‘un beau jardin autour d‘une grande piscine, avec une vue imprenable! La maison est parfaitement équpée, il ne manque de rien, ni dans la cuisine ni dans les chambres.. En plus, c‘est un site site très reposant dans le calme, mais on est á qqe minutes de toutes commoditées!
On peut pas faire mieux..
Nous y retournerons le plus souvent possible!
Et, je ne peux pas assez remercier les meilleurs propriétaires Cécile et Pierre qu‘il partage ce magnifique endroit qu‘ils ont crées avec beaucoup d‘amour, avec nous, les vacanciers..

James Fantastic big space in a beautiful house
Six of us had a great stay in the Mas du Rocher. The house was very comfortable and well kept. The pool was the star of the show, with a huge space for relaxing in the sun or in the shade. The outside BBQ and pizza oven were brilliant. There were good amenities in the kitchen and the rest of the house.
The house is convenient, close to a main road for accessing Ruoms, the Ardèche Gorges and other beautiful villages nearby. We sometimes walked and cycled along the excellent path accessed at the back of the house.
Cécile was very friendly and welcomed us with local products. Overall it was a fantastic place for relaxing, for activities and for enjoying the unique region!- Cleanliness
