Welcome to the Holiday cottage 'Le Mas du Petit Saut' in southern Ardèche near Joyeuse!
It's housed in a beautiful, sunny house with a lovely view over the terraces of the Cévennes.
Set at the back of the owners' house, it has a large private plot shaded by a lime tree, and is not overlooked by the owners, with whom you share the swimming pool* and its panoramic view. The Piscine can be used occasionally by the owners, but only when you're away. The Holiday cottage is on 2 levels, with modern comforts. On the 1st level, a spacious, welcoming living room with lounge area, well-equipped kitchen-living room and separate toilet. Upstairs, an open-plan bedroom with a double bed (140cm). Direct access to shower room with WC. Central heating. Baby Equipment on request. Beds made on arrival and linen provided. For a 2-week stay, linen is renewed. Washing machine in a closed room with possibility of 1 or 2 machines per week. Jeu de boules next to the private parking lot. Closed bicycle room. There's plenty to see and do in the surrounding area: the Beaume gorges, a wild river with numerous swimming spots, the listed villages of Balazuc, Labeaume and Chassiers, the medieval towns of Largentière and Joyeuse and their large markets... For sports enthusiasts, it's a great playground for cycling, mountain biking and Hiking all around the Tanargue massif. The Gorges de l'Ardèche and the Grotte Chauvet 2 - Ardèche are just 30 minutes away. Also worth a visit is the Bois de Païolive, overlooking the Chassezac gorges near Les Vans, and many other wonders... A great place to relax and recharge your batteries!
