In the heart of the vineyards of southern Ardèche, Mas du Grand Sède opens the doors to a rare place where nature, elegance and serenity meet.
This old Ardèche farmhouse has been completely renovated to offer an authentic and refined setting, ideal for getting together, sharing and savoring together.

The Mas du Grand Sède can accommodate up to 21 people and is ideal for family holidays, get-togethers with friends, private events or corporate seminars.

The farmhouse consists of two independent dwellings, each with its own fully-equipped kitchen, allowing smooth organization for large groups. The 10 bedrooms offer comfort and tranquility, each with its own private shower room and WC (with the exception of the Kids dormitory).

Outside, the Ardèche way of life takes on its full meaning. Two swimming pools invite you to relax, while the terraces become the ideal setting for shared meals and long summer evenings around the barbecue or brazier.
The estate has been designed as a true vacation home, where everyone can make the most of their stay. A billiard room, table soccer, board games and a library enhance the moments of relaxation and sharing.

Ideally located, the mas makes it easy to discover the treasures of southern Ardèche.
The famous Gorges de l'Ardèche and the iconic Pont d'Arc are just a short drive away, as are the characterful villages of Balazuc and Vogüé and the local markets.
Just a 3-minute drive from the shops (Leclerc, bakery, butcher's, Pharmacy...).

Beds made on arrival, towels provided and end-of-stay cleaning included.
Your pets are welcome (at an extra charge), provided they respect the premises.
