Just a few km from Vallon Pont d'Arc and Barjac, you'll be close to numerous cultural sites such as the Grotte Chauvet 2-Ardèche, and have a choice of outdoor activities such as canoeing down the Gorges. As well as discovering new things, you'll also enjoy relaxing and playing at Mas des Tilleuls, with its large adjoining garden of approx. 2000m², complete with trampoline. Take advantage of the pretty courtyard shaded by the lime tree, for meals or barbecues.
This semi-detached farmhouse, on 3 levels, has been entirely renovated with taste, comfort and modernity, while retaining the charm of the stonework. You enter on the first floor and access the living room via a beautiful staircase. On the 1st level, you'll find a bright living room, a high-quality, fully-equipped fitted kitchen, and a sitting area with connected TV. Laundry room with storage space, washing machine and dryer. A 1st bedroom is located on this level, with a 160cm bed and private shower room (very large Italian shower and WC). On the top floor, you'll find a second bedroom with a 160cm bed and en-suite shower room, a 3rd bedroom with 2 adjustable 90cm beds and its own bathroom with bath, shower and WC. The 4th bedroom is a master suite with 180cm bed, private shower room (Italian shower and WC) and a large dressing room. A terrace on this level is accessible via the hallway or the last 2 bedrooms. The games area on this floor is perfect for young and old, with TV, DVD player and table soccer. Heating with radiators in all rooms, with the option of a cooling system.
