A few kilometers from the Gorges de l'Ardèche, come and stay in this pretty, renovated, air-conditioned 18th-century stone farmhouse, set in fully enclosed grounds with a private, secure swimming pool.
Holiday cottage close to all year-round amenities, in a quiet location, adjoining a second house, with no vis-à-vis.
Ideally located for discovering magnificent villages of character such as Labeaume or Balazuc, must-see sites (Grotte Chauvet, Aven d'Orgnac...) and create good memories with the many sporting activities (canoeing, climbing, accrobranche) around the Holiday cottage.

If you're looking for a relaxing vacation, Mas des Sences is the place for you. The various outdoor areas are perfect for relaxing in the shade of a tree, playing pétanque in the sun or under the arches, or reading a book on the terrace.
The Piscine will delight young and old alike.

The mas is naturally tempered by its thick walls and offers all modern comforts (air conditioning, wifi, open-plan kitchen...).
Accessed via stone staircases, the 1st level features a living room with TV, open kitchen, storeroom and laundry room. On this level, you'll also find a WC, a 1st bedroom with a 160cm bed and private shower room.
On the 2nd level, a gaming room with billiards is available. A 2nd bedroom with a 160cm bed and en-suite shower room and WC. There's a 3rd bedroom with a 160cm bed, a shared shower room with a large Italian shower, and a separate toilet.
On the top floor, you'll find a relaxation area under the combes, a 60 m2 bedroom with a reading/gaming area, equipped with 4 adjustable 80x200 beds, and a 4th private bathroom with WC.

Beds made on arrival, towels extra and end-of-stay cleaning included.
