Situated on the heights of Largentière, a medieval village in the southern Ardèche, you'll fall under the spell of this beautiful stone farmhouse. You'll enjoy a 180° view over the surrounding villages of Montréal and Vinezac. Just 3.5kms from the village center, you'll find all the shops and services you need, and be able to stroll through the cobbled streets and castle. Ideally located, on one side you can discover the wonderful Ardèche Gorges, the Grotte Chauvet 2-Ardèche, the many magnificent villages of character and on the other side the beautiful Cévennes Ardéchoises.

You can choose to relax under a tree, play a game of pétanque or take a dip in the private Piscine*. The pool house is equipped with an outdoor kitchen area (hob and sink) and separate WC. Arranged on several levels, you'll find every comfort for a stay with family or friends. Accessed via a small, shaded terrace on the 1st level, the living room with integrated kitchen is fully equipped. Separated by an open fireplace between the two rooms (wood included), the living room is independent and has air-conditioning. On the upper floor, you'll find 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (160cm), a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet. On the garden level, you'll find a 3rd bedroom with a 160cm bed and access to the outside, a fully renovated shower room with Italian shower, and a separate toilet.
