Beautiful gîte, air-conditioned, tastefully renovated in an old Ardèche farmhouse, pool to share (round underground diameter 4.50 m, height 1.40 m) with a 2nd small gîte and the owners. Each gîte has its own outdoor space, with no vis à vis, private terrace and parking.
The village of Lablachère, with its shops and vineyards, is less than a kilometer away on foot.
Ideal location for discovering the Ardèche region, with its picturesque villages and numerous markets: Joyeuse, Largentière, Les Vans, Balazuc, Vogüé, not forgetting the Grotte Chauvet2 - Ardèche.
In terms of nature, let yourself be dazzled by the Bois de Païolive with its ruiniform rocks and the Gorges de Chassezac, La Beaume and the famous Gorges de l'Ardèche with its Pont d'Arc nature reserve.
For the more sporty, take full advantage of outdoor leisure activities such as canoeing or climbing on the Chassezac, accrobranches parks, hiking or cycling to discover exceptional landscapes.
The gîte is spacious and bright.
On the first floor, there's a lovely living room with 2 dining areas (round table or kitchen with bar opening onto the living room). The integrated, high-quality kitchen features modern equipment, including an American fridge with ice dispenser. Access to the outside terrace via two sliding glass doors. wc.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (one with a 140cm bed, the other with a 160cm bed), air-conditioning in the hallway with dressing room, small office area, shower room with walk-in shower, toilet.
The metal spiral staircase leading to the first floor was assembled by an iron craftsman, and the metal was salvaged from a boat. A piece of art in itself!
For your comfort, beds made on arrival, linen provided, reversible air conditioning included. Shared facilities: pétanque court, ping-pong table, bread oven, barbecue, enclosed 2-wheeler shelter.
