Mas de la Borie is located in the pretty village of Joannas, 10 minutes from the medieval town of Largentière.
It is surrounded by large fields in a peaceful setting. An outdoor area is reserved for you, with table, chairs, deckchairs and barbecue.

The Holiday cottage, adjoining the owners' house, has been converted into a part of the farmhouse, accessible through the small courtyard.
You can use it to shelter your two-wheelers, and table tennis and table soccer are at your disposal.
On the 1st level, you'll find a terrace-veranda where you can enjoy your meals. Inside, a pleasant living room with open-plan kitchen and lounge area with sofa bed, TV, laundry room with washing machine and separate toilet.
On the 2nd level, you'll find 2 bedrooms (one with a 140cm bed, the other with 2 90cm beds), a shower room and a second separate toilet.

In terms of tourism, you'll discover the charms of the Massif du Tanargue and the wonders of the southern Ardèche.
Ideally located for walking and hiking. You'll also be within easy reach of shops and services, and will be able to sample delicious local produce at the nearby Markets.
