This 18th-century Ardèche stone farmhouse will seduce you with its old-world charm, beautiful vaulted ceilings and terrace overlooking the private swimming pool.

Entirely renovated, this mas can accommodate up to 13 people all year round, and is divided into two fully-equipped, air-conditioned Holiday cottages.
A real break from the daily grind awaits you in the peace and quiet of the surrounding Countryside, yet close to a wide range of activities (Golf, adventure park, the Chassezac river, restaurants, organic winegrowing, walks and a greenway...) and all without a car! You'll be ideally located for discovering the wonders of the Southern Ardèche.
Passionate about horses, the owners also run a horse-breeding operation on the estate.

It's a real favorite for a stay with family or friends, for young and old alike, with a pétanque court.
Safety for Kids: Piscine and enclosed garden. Your 4-legged friends will be welcome in respect of the premises and the neighborhood (deposit required).
Under the beautiful vaulted ceiling on the ground floor of the house, you'll find a cool dining area, even in midsummer.

Climb the outside stairs to access the living areas. Mas Charlemagne is divided into two Holiday cottages accessible via the terrace.
The first comprises a sublime living room with authentic cement tiles, 3 bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms and WCs. Bedroom 1: 3 beds 80x190 / Bedroom 2: one bed 160x200 and one bed 90x200 / Bedroom 3: one bed 140x190.
The second floor also includes a fully-equipped living room, a shower room with separate WC and two attic bedrooms (one 160x200 bed and 3 90x200 beds).
Internet connection. Reversible air conditioning in all rooms.

Beds made on arrival and towels provided. Housework extra.
