It has been converted into a small detached stone outbuilding next to the main house.
It comprises an air-conditioned 1st room, with a 140cm bed and a small area with a table, armchairs and TV. The bathroom has a toilet, shower cubicle and washbasin. A small room with a kitchenette (electric oven, 2-burner gas hob, microwave...) opens onto a pleasant, sunny 18m² terrace. The garden furniture and lounge chairs let you enjoy the beautiful view over the Countryside, not overlooked.

The 18-meter-long, 6-meter-wide shared swimming pool is fully fenced and secure, with a 2.50-meter diving pit and a children's pool, making it a major asset given the total capacity of our Holiday cottages. Open from early June to late September.
Private Internet connection for each Holiday cottage.
Enclosed communal parking lot. Petanque pitch and other on-site leisure activities (table soccer) to be shared with the other Holiday cottages on site.

The river Ardèche flows 800 meters away, Cirque de Gens with its many climbing routes, 3 restaurants and a boulodrome in the village, a greenway passes 1 km away in the village of Pradons. Vallon pont d'arc, 13 km away, will delight you with its many tourist sites, L'Arche, the Gorges and GrotteChauvet 2 - Ardèche.
