This beautiful stone farmhouse with 6 Holiday cottages is located in the center of the pretty village of Chauzon. There are 3 restaurants within walking distance.
For nature lovers, set off on foot from the Holiday cottage along the magnificent Cirque de Gens hiking trail. You'll fall under the spell of its towering cliffs and the Ardèche river running through them. Swimming in the river is less than 800m from the Holiday cottage.
All the major sites and places to visit in the southern Ardèche are just a few minutes away (Vallon Pont d'Arc and Grotte Chauvet 2, Labeaume and Balazuc villages, etc.).

Located on the first floor of the main house, you enter the Holiday cottage via large interior staircases.
Once upstairs, you'll be delighted by the lovely 40m² terrace, complete with garden furniture and lounge chairs. It offers a beautiful unobstructed view over the Countryside and the village rooftops.

Inside, for your comfort, the living room and bedrooms are equipped with reversible air conditioning.
You'll enjoy a living room with fully-equipped kitchen and a sitting room on the mezzanine. Two bedrooms (160cm bed and 140cm bed) with en-suite shower rooms are available. Separate WC.
The third bedroom, with 2 single beds (90cm) and one double bed (140cm), is on the upper level, accessible via the mezzanine. Small en-suite shower room. Separate WC.

The big plus: the large shared swimming pool (18x6m), perfectly fenced and secured, and the Kids pool. Open from early June to late September / unheated.

Private Internet connection for each Holiday cottage. Enclosed shared parking lot. Petanque pitch and other on-site leisure activities (table soccer) to be shared with the other Holiday cottages on site.
