Le Mas Boyer - Les Blaches

Welcome to Mas Boyer at Les Blaches!
It is located on the ground floor of the main building of this traditional Ardèche property.
It is a spacious 40 m² ground-floor studio with reversible air conditioning, lit by a French door opening onto the terrace. This vaulted room stays very cool in summer and includes: a kitchenette with a 4-burner gas stove, a tabletop refrigerator, and a sink; a living area with TV, a living area with a sofa (which can serve as an extra bed), a closed alcove with a 160 cm bed, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Private courtyard, barbecue, lounge chairs, covered terrace, garden furniture, and a relaxation area.
The large shared swimming pool, fully fenced and secured, measures 18 m long and 6 m wide, with a 2.50 m diving pit and a children’s pool, making it a major asset given the total capacity of our holiday cottages. It is open from early June to late September.
Enclosed shared parking. Petanque court and other on-site recreational facilities (foosball) to be shared with the other holiday cottages on the property.
Private internet connection for each holiday cottage.
The Ardèche River flows 800 m away; the Cirque de Gens, with its many climbing routes, is nearby. In the village, you’ll find 3 Restaurants and a bocce court; a greenway passes 1 km from the village of Pradons. Vallon-Pont-d’Arc, 13 km away, will delight you with its many tourist attractions: L’Arche, the Gorges, and the Chauvet 2 Cave in the Ardèche.
