Welcome to Mas Boyer Holiday cottage Le Piscounil!

Located in the main house, you have your own entrance leading to your private terrace with garden furniture and gas plancha.
The terrace offers a beautiful view of the authentic village of Chauzon. To keep cool, the Holiday cottage is air-conditioned.
Inside, you'll enjoy a living room with fully-equipped kitchenette (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, gas hob, oven, microwave), flat-screen TV and comfortable sofa. The first bedroom has a 140cm bed and a chest of drawers. The second bedroom has two 90cm beds. The bathroom has a shower with door and washbasin. There is a separate toilet with a washbasin.

The 18-meter-long, 6-meter-wide shared swimming pool is perfectly safe, with a 2.50-meter diving pit and a Kids' pool, making it a major asset given the total capacity of our Holiday cottages. Open from early June to late September.
Private Internet connection for each Holiday cottage.
Enclosed communal parking lot with reserved spaces. Petanque court and other leisure activities (table soccer and kids' games) to be shared with the other Holiday cottages on site.
An electric recharging point is available for your electric vehicles, with an additional charge per recharging.
A shared washing machine is available.

The River Ardèche flows 800 meters away. The famous Cirque de Gens Hiking trail with its many climbing routes is just 5 minutes away. In the village, you'll find 3 restaurants, a boulodrome, and a greenway 1 km from the village of Pradons. Vallon pont d'arc, 13 km away, will delight you with its many tourist sites, including L'Arche, the Gorges and the Grotte Chauvet 2 - Ardèche. You're at the epicenter of southern Ardèche, with so many activities on offer!
