Welcome to Mas Boyer Holiday cottage Le Boudenas!

Situated on the first floor of the main house, you have your own entrance via large staircases leading to the 18 m² terrace, complete with garden furniture and lounge chairs.
It offers a beautiful unobstructed view over the Countryside.
Inside, you'll find a living room with fully-equipped kitchenette (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, gas stove with oven, microwave), TV and sofa. The first vaulted bedroom is air-conditioned and equipped with a 160cm bed. The second bedroom, with no window to the outside, is equipped with two 90cm beds. The bathroom includes a shower with screen and separate WC.

The 18-meter-long, 6-meter-wide Piscine, with its 2.50-meter plunge pool and kids' pool, is perfectly fenced in and secure, making it a major asset given the total capacity of our Holiday cottages. Open from early June to late September.
Private Internet connection for each Holiday cottage.
Enclosed communal parking lot. Petanque court and other leisure activities (table soccer) to be shared with the other Holiday cottages on site.

The river Ardèche flows 800 meters away, Cirque de Gens with its many climbing routes, 3 restaurants and a boulodrome in the village, and a greenway 1 km away in the village of Pradons. Vallon pont d'arc, 13 km away, will delight you with its many tourist sites, L'Arche, the Gorges and the Grotte Chauvet 2 - Ardèche.
