On a plateau with panoramic views, in the heart of a 7-hectare fruit farm, very pretty river-pebble Holiday cottage, ideally located between Valence and Montélimar on the right bank of the Rhône and at the start of the DOLCE VIA. Easy access, 10 minutes from the freeway. Shared Piscine (May 1 to September 20). Spacious, charming Holiday cottage on 2 levels with private outdoor space and covered terrace. Living room, fitted kitchen, sitting area with fireplace, bedroom 1 (1 King Size bed: 200 x 200), bedroom 2 (2 Twin beds 80 x 190), bedroom 3 (1 double bed 140 x 190), lounge with sofa bed BZ 140 x 200, shower room, WC, 2nd WC with washbasin on first floor, electric heating.
A house steeped in history since the 14th century, when it was home to the Augustinian Order. Orchard tour on request, wine tasting. Private parking. Bowling green. All services within walking distance in the village (1 km). From 5 minutes from the Holiday cottage, a wide choice of tourist attractions (villages of character, Vineyards, Museums... ).
For walkers, cyclists or hikers, the access road to the Holiday cottage coincides with the start of the "DOLCE VIA" footpath (60 km to SAINT-AGREVE, along the EYRIEUX river).
*PISCINE INFO: Open May-September, weather permitting - 10m x 5m/ depth 1m20 gentle slope down to 1m60/ chlorine/ Glass safety gate with double-closing, self-closing gate on south side,
a double-closing metal gate to the north, hard walls and the shelter complete the protection/an emergency stop for the filter unit/unheated

Par respect du travail accompli par nos Anciens pour la réalisation de ce lieu et par amour des vieilles pierres, depuis plus de 30 ans, nous avons voulu redonner vie à ce site fondé en 1325.
Lieu tranquille et propice en toutes saisons pour se ressourcer et connaitre joies, passions, découvertes, randos, vélo, méditation... Nous sommes très heureux de vous proposer ce petit endroit d'exception.
Tout près de la VIA RHONA et au départ de la DOLCE VIA, à proximité du village classé de caractère de BEAUCHASTEL, ce gîte vous attend!

Excellent gite au calme et très bien équipé
5/5Accueil sympathique et très bien organisé. Le gîte est très bien équipé. L’accès à la piscine est très agréable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Voiture indispensable pour visiter la région (Ardèche et Drôme) er profiter des activités aux alentours. Nous recommandons vivement.

Très bon séjour
5/5Gite très bien équipé et confortable.
De la place pour une famille. Nous sommes venus avec mon épouse, 2 adolescents et 1 bébé.
De la place pour tout le monde, chambres confortables, jardin privatif et sécurisé.
Piscine sur place on ne peut plus agréable, propre, spacieuse.
Propriétaires attentionnés, à l'écoute. De belles attentions pour nous en début de séjour et pendant notre semaine.
Une excellente semaine pour nous tous. Merci à ce couple investit.

Mon gîte de France préféré
5/54 ème séjour dans ce cadre magnifique au milieu des vergers, au calme. Le gîte est très bien équipé, joliment décoré et mes amis et moi avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est fraîche l été, et très confortable pour 6. Et Yveline et Marc sont des hôtes très accueillants, très à l écoute et font preuve de beaucoup de gentillesse. Je reviens régulièrement dans ce gîte pour toutes ces raisons.
