Le Mas combines charm, comfort, authenticity and the atmosphere of a large family home. Recently renovated, it is fully accessible to the disabled, either independently or with companions, and has been awarded the Tourism and Handicap label.
With its vast terrace overlooking the countryside, its courtyard shaded by a century-old lime tree, it offers the privilege of being both quiet and close to the center of the village of Joyeuse, its medieval streets, shops and the weekly Market.
The accommodation is located on the 1st floor. It is accessible either by outside stairs, or by an elevator for people with reduced mobility.
You'll enjoy a spacious (40m2), light-filled kitchen-living room opening onto the terrace and south-facing balcony, a separate lounge with TV, wifi connection, games, tourist information, books....
4 spacious, comfortable bedrooms: 2 with en-suite shower rooms and 180x200cm beds (convertible into 2 90x200cm beds) and 1 90x190cm bed. The 3rd bedroom has a 180x200cm bed (convertible into 2 90x200cm beds), while the 4th bedroom has a 160x200cm bed. A 3rd independent bathroom with toilet is available.
For relaxation, there's the courtyard with its bowls, the coolness of the old hangar, the ping-pong table in the former stable, and the garden... all great spaces!
Practicalities: Bed linen and towels provided, electric griddle, washing machine, cot and baby equipment, enclosed bike room, ample parking on site.

Pierre Excellent gîte avec aménagement pour handicapés
Excellent gîte, avec une terrasse très agréable avec une belle vue sur la campagne. Le gîte a un grand charme avec son jardin. Il est de plus situé à quelques centaines de mètres des commerces de Joyeuse. Un bon aménagement intérieur, et ascenseur et salle de bain permettant un accès pour les personnes en fauteuil roulant.

Mamie D Semaine grands-parents/petits-enfants
4 grands parents avec 5 petits enfants de 3 à 11 ans, les conditions d'accueil étaient idéales pour nous. Le confort, les espaces de jeux intérieur et extérieur, la proximité des commerces tout en étant au milieu de la nature et une propriétaire charmante et attentionnée. Ce fut un séjour parfait !

Très belle maison, très bien située .
Au calme avec de beaux extérieurs tout en étant proche du centre ville et très accessible pour une multitude de randonnées .De vastes espaces parfaitement équipés et un accueil des plus chaleureux .

des Aveyronnais Découverte de l'Ardèche
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Les locaux sont spacieux (nous étions 7 personnes adultes, majoritairement retraités) très propres, situés au premier étage, bénéficiant d'une grande terrasse, d'un ascenseur. Le secteur est très calme et reposant.
L'accueil de la propriétaire et sa disponibilité sont remarquables. Elle a su nous présenter les divers points intéressants de sa région, répondre à nos demandes tout en étant discrète. Et puis nous ne saurions oublier Charly ,son adorable chien qui nous a tout de suite adoptés, et nous faisait fête chaque fois qu'il accompagnait sa maîtresse.
Nous recommandons ce gîte sans réserves, en particulier pour les personnes souffrant d'un handicap.- Cleanliness
