Le Mas combines charm and comfort, authenticity and the atmosphere of a large family home. Recently renovated, it is fully accessible to the disabled, either independently or with companions, and has been awarded the Tourisme et Handicap label when it opens in 2021.
With its vast terrace overlooking the countryside, its courtyard shaded by a century-old lime tree, it offers the privilege of being both peaceful and close to the center of the village of Joyeuse, with its medieval streets, artisan stores, boutiques and market.
For your comfort, 4 spacious bedrooms, including 2 with en-suite bathrooms, with flexible sleeping arrangements (king-size bed 180x200 or 2 beds 90x200 cm) and a 3rd bed 90cm, a large, bright 40 m2 kitchen-living room with south-facing balcony, a separate lounge (TV, games, tourist information, books...), 3 disabled-friendly bathrooms and an elevator! For your relaxation, there's the courtyard with its bowls, the coolness of the old hangar, the ping-pong table in the former stable, and the garden...
Practicalities: bed linen, towels and household linen provided, electric griddle, washing machine, baby bed and equipment, locked bicycle shed, ample parking on site.

J'ai été ravie d'accueillir votre résidence d'artistes au Mas et d'admirer vos créations inspirées par le lieu et ce joli coin d'Ardèche. Je comprends que le prix par personne ait pu vous paraître un peu élevé mais votre séjour s'est déroulé à 4 dans un gîte aménagé pour 8-10.

Excellent gîte avec aménagement pour handicapés
5/5Excellent gîte, avec une terrasse très agréable avec une belle vue sur la campagne. Le gîte a un grand charme avec son jardin. Il est de plus situé à quelques centaines de mètres des commerces de Joyeuse. Un bon aménagement intérieur, et ascenseur et salle de bain permettant un accès pour les personnes en fauteuil roulant.
