Le Marylandre

A comfortable Holiday cottage!

Welcome to the Holiday cottage "Le Marylandre". It's in the heart of the small village of Chandolas in southern Ardèche.
There are many places to visit nearby: the Ardèche gorges, the Pont d'Arc and the Grotte Chauvet 2-Ardèche, the Cocalière cave, the Bois de Païolive and the Chassezac gorges, where you can swim at the foot of the cliffs. A great starting point for walks around the dolmens, or in the Cévennes around Les Vans, Joyeuse or Ruoms.
The "voie verte" starts 4.5 km away for a ride to Vogué, and bikes can be rented 2 km away.
In the village, small local shops open from Easter to All Saints' Day (small restaurant "A l'ombre du Préau" 50 m away and restaurant "Le bar a Ka" 500 m away).
This pretty Holiday cottage is housed in a beautiful house that used to be the village post office.
With its thick walls and interior insulation, the temperature does not exceed 25°.
It's on the first floor, under vaulted ceilings that keep it cool in summer. Comfort is modern.
It comprises a living room/kitchen with a good-quality sofa bed for 1 or 2 people, a bedroom with a 140cm bed, a shower room opening onto the bedroom, and a closed toilet.
Baby Equipment available and possibility of adding a 90cm cot (with safety rails).
In fine weather, you'll appreciate the small private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
The courtyard is shared with the owner, who lives on site. Parking 50m away.
