Overlooking the pretty village of Burzet, Le Martinel invites you to relax and unwind on 5 hectares of land on the banks of the Ribeyre river. We welcome you to the Martinel gîte, where you can discover and enjoy the Monts d'Ardèche Regional Nature Park. This gîte can comfortably accommodate up to 7 people. This charming gîte (an old Ardèche farmhouse with stone walls and exposed chestnut woodwork) combines comfort with respect for the environment. Large living room with integrated kitchenette, sitting area. On the 1st level, 5 steps above the living room, bedroom with 160cm bed and private shower room, separate toilet, storage area. On the lower level, bedroom with 160cm bed, bedroom with 160cm bed or 2 twin beds + extra bed, shower room with double basin + shower, separate toilet. Wood pellet floor heating (included in rent). All baby equipment on site. Private grounds with garden furniture and barbecue, and a beautiful view of the village below. From the gîte in all seasons, numerous walks and hikes, as well as trout fishing in the Bourges river. Nearby, discover the many characterful villages and the many facets of the Ardèche mountains.

5/5Tout est parfait au Martinel : l'acceuil par Annie, le gîte lui-même par son confort et son caractère spacieux, l'environnement, et la présence de nos autres amis, ceux-là à quatre pattes : Damaï, Douchka, Nicotine et Erkan les ânes, amateurs de chataignes.
Pour nous trois semaines très agréables que ce rendez-vous annuel.
