Overlooking the pretty village of Burzet, Le Martinel invites you to relax and unwind on 5 hectares of land on the banks of the Ribeyre river. Discover and enjoy the Monts d'Ardèche Regional Nature Park. Perched on a hillside, on one of the slopes descending from the Ardèche plateau, you'll appreciate the unspoilt environment of the Haute Cévenne Ardéchoise. This environment of character, made up of faysses (dry-stone terraces) and calades, makes it an ideal place for lovers of Hiking, wide-open spaces, in search of authenticity, and also of trout Fishing.

The Holiday cottage is housed in an old Ardèche farmhouse that has been carefully restored in keeping with traditional Ardèche architecture: exposed stone walls, chestnut roofing and carefully selected local materials. The owners live in the main building all year round. The Holiday cottage Le Martinel is totally independent and unoverlooked, located in the second building. From the terrace, you'll enjoy an exceptional panoramic view of the village, the Chalambelle Mountain and the Bourges Valley. This natural setting, bathed in light, offers a complete change of scenery, ideal for relaxation and rejuvenation. You're just a few minutes' walk from the village's shops, beaches and gours. With the whole family, you can build cabins and pet the Sardinian donkeys. A few steps lead up to the Holiday cottage: large living room with fitted kitchen, sitting area with TV, wifi connection.
The 5 steps above the living room take you to the 1st bedroom (160cm bed) with en-suite shower room, separate WC and storeroom. On the lower level, 2 bedrooms (one with 160cm bed, the other with 2 twin 80cm beds and extra bed), shower room and separate WC. Wood pellet floor heating (included in rent). You'll appreciate the private grounds with garden furniture and barbecue, and the beautiful view of the village below. Due to its location and the configuration of the house, the Holiday cottage is not always suitable for people with mobility difficulties.
