5 minutes from Vallon Pont d'Arc, the Holiday cottage 'Le Manoir d'Adrien' welcomes you for an unforgettable active vacation.
It's at the entrance to the magnificent Gorges de l'Ardèche and the famous Pont d'Arc. All shops and entertainment are nearby.
This 160 m² detached house, set in a 2000 m² wooded and fenced property with a terrace, is ideal for vacations with friends or family.
Bonus: gaming room (table tennis, table soccer) + fitness equipment (elliptical bike, rowing machine).
It is on 3 levels and can accommodate 8 people. On the ground floor, you'll find the kitchen, living room, bedroom with double bed (140cm), bathroom with bathtub and WC. Upstairs, you'll find a bedroom with 2 single beds and a private shower room with toilet. On the ground floor, there's a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a pull-out bed, and a private shower room with WC.
All baby equipment is available. Aerothermal heating + reversible air conditioning in all rooms, including bedrooms.
It's a great address for venturing into outdoor sports: hiking on the Hiking trails, canoeing the rapids of the Ardèche, paragliding or microlighting, exploring the underground world with caving... Visit the caves of Aven d'Orgnac, Marzal and La Madeleine, and marvel at the treasures of Grotte Chauvet 2 - Ardèche. Take the time to visit the beautiful villages (Labeaume, Balazuc, Vogüe, St Montan... ). Near the Holiday cottage, you'll find canoe rental, restaurants, mini-golf and local services.

Patoche52 Belle maison de caractère
Belle location dans une maison de caractère, très spacieuse et confortable avec ses 3 salles d'eau / de bain attenantes à chaque chambre. L'équipement ménager et électro-ménager est de qualité et en nombre suffisant pour pouvoir utiliser de façon rationnelle le lave-vaisselle. Le gîte est à environ 15/20 mn à pieds du centre de Vallon Pont d'Arc. La grande terrasse extérieure est aussi bien agréable pour les repas, même si nous en avons moins profité début octobre (gare toutefois aux moustiques!). Cette location peut paraître un peu sombre à l'intérieur, surtout hors période estivale, mais doit préserver agréablement des températures caniculaires en été, même si la climatisation est présente partout. L'accueil par le propriétaire a été chaleureux, soucieux de nous renseigner sur les visites à faire dans cette belle région. Qui plus est, quelques gourmandises locales nous attendaient sur la table à notre arrivée... Un grand merci.
Nous déconseillons cependant ce gite aux personnes en situation de handicap physique, ou à mobilité réduite en raison des escaliers extérieurs d'accès et des différents niveaux dans la maison.- Cleanliness
