Situated away from the village center, 2 kms from Vallon Pont d'Arc, Le Lézard bleu gîte, close to the owner's house, is ideal for discovering the southern Ardèche. You'll enjoy a furnished terrace with a small garden and adjoining lawn. Inside, you'll find an air-conditioned living room with fitted kitchen and sitting area with sofa and TV. On the first floor, you'll find the 1st bedroom with a 140cm bed, a shower room with a small shower cubicle and separate WC. The mezzanine includes 2 90cm beds and an office area. Electric heating. Vallon's proximity to a wide range of sporting, leisure and cultural activities. Numerous hiking trails start from the gîte, and swimming in the Ardèche is just 5 minutes away. Grotte Chauvet 2 - Ardèche about 6 km away. 10% discount from the 2nd week rented in July and August.

bba38120 Gite sans souci
Ce gite est agréable et confortable pour deux personnes. Rien n'y manque ni à l'intérieur ni à l'extérieur.
Petite épicerie et bonne boulangerie à proximité immédiate. Cela ajoute encore à la qualité du séjour.
Naturellement bien placé tout voir des gorges de l'Ardèche, le sud de l'Ardèche et le nord du Gard.- Cleanliness

casper Super séjour !
Le gîte est bien situé, au calme, bien équipé et d'une propreté irréprochable. Le jardin clos est très bien entretenu et très agréable, même si nous n'avons que peu profité à cause de la météo. Philippe est un hôte charmant et accueillant, de bon conseil sur les sorties et les activités. Merci pour la balade !

La famille du Nord Bon séjour
Le propriétaire est très sympa, il nous donne des conseils pour les endroits à visiter.
On a eu le droit au petit cadeau d'accueil de la propriétaire.
Gîte très bien placé:commerces, restaurants, randonnée, canoë, grottes à proximité.

Matava Une très belle semaine
