Situated on a 4500 m² plot, 5 minutes from Vallon Pont d'Arc, in southern Ardèche, the Holiday cottages "Les Bleuets" are both nestled in a quiet, bucolic setting and at the same time close to many of the activities of this superb and renowned region, where you can enjoy the pleasures of nature.

The little extra: a large 11x4m swimming pool, secure and heated (June to September), to share with the tenants of the 3 other Holiday cottages.

In the Lavandin Holiday cottage, you'll enjoy a living room with a fully renovated, fully-equipped fitted kitchen, coffee maker with flexible pod, and a sitting area with a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people and flat-screen TV.
The bedroom has a 160cm bed that can be converted into 2 80cm beds, plus a baby bed. The bathroom has a shower and separate toilet.

The private outdoor area features a fenced-in terrace with garden furniture and plancha.
Communal parking, boules area and laundry room with shared washing machine. Pets allowed in respect of the premises and neighbors.

*Piscine: heated by heat pump from June to September, weather permitting // 11m x 4m / large shallow beach (40 cm) 2 x 4 m at the start of the pool, then 9 x 4 m at 1.5 m depth/salt/secluded / to be shared with the other Holiday cottages.
