Just renovated, this cocooning, fully air-conditioned accommodation offers authentic Countryside charm without compromising on comfort. Surrounded by fields, Forest and a small private Lake ideal for Fishing, it invites you to relax and recharge your batteries.

Less than an hour and a half from Lyon or Saint-Étienne, and just thirty minutes from the A7 freeway, you'll enjoy a complete change of scenery. Here, nature sets the pace for your day, while indoors, the warm, cosy atmosphere of the Holiday cottage creates a haven of Wellbeing. Located on the family estate, the gîte has its own entrance and private outdoor space. On the first floor, you'll find an entrance hall that's a delight to stroll through in mid-season or in summer, with its opening onto the terrace. A first bathroom and a separate toilet complete this level.

Upstairs is the spacious, air-conditioned living room, perfect for preparing tasty meals, sharing a meal with family or friends, or relaxing on the sofa after a day of exploring. The three bedrooms, also air-conditioned, each have two single beds that can be converted into a double bed to suit your needs. A second bathroom with shower and WC completes the ensemble.

It's impossible to get bored at Holiday cottage le Lake du Vert: discover the farm with the owners, go for a walk in the surrounding area, go fishing by the lake - everything you need to enjoy the great outdoors. Nearby, a multitude of activities await you: the Peaugres Safari, the Ardèche Train, the Palais du Facteur Cheval and the Château de Tournon-sur-Rhône. Food lovers will be delighted by the vineyards of the Côtes-du-Rhône and the famous Valrhona chocolate. And for the more sporty, the Ardéchoise, ViaRhôna and ViaFluvia routes promise superb cycling escapades.
