Freshly renovated, this cozy, fully air-conditioned accommodation offers the authentic charm of the Countryside without compromising on comfort. Surrounded by fields, Forest, and a small private Lake perfect for Fishing, it invites you to relax and recharge. To extend these moments of wellbeing, a private inflatable Spa is also available for your use.
Less than an hour and a half from Lyon or Saint-Étienne and just thirty minutes from the A7 highway, you’ll feel completely transported to another world. Here, nature sets the pace for your days, while inside, the holiday cottage’s warm and cozy atmosphere creates a haven of Wellbeing. Located on the family property, the holiday cottage features a separate entrance and a private outdoor area. The ground floor features an entryway that’s perfect for relaxing in the mid-season or summer, opening out onto the terrace. A first bathroom and a separate toilet complete this level.
Upstairs is the air-conditioned living area—cozy, spacious, and perfect for preparing delicious meals, sharing a meal with family or friends, or relaxing on the sofa after a day of exploring. The three bedrooms, also air-conditioned, each feature two single beds that can be converted into a double bed as needed. A second bathroom with a shower and separate toilet rounds out the space.
It’s impossible to get bored at Gîte le Lac du Vert: explore the farm with the owners, take walks in the surrounding area, go fishing by the lake—everything you need to enjoy the great outdoors. Nearby, a multitude of activities await you: the Peaugres Safari, the Ardèche Train, the Palais du Facteur Cheval, and the Château de Tournon-sur-Rhône. Food lovers will be delighted by the Côtes-du-Rhône vineyards and the famous Valrhona chocolate. And for the more active, the Ardéchoise routes, the ViaRhôna, and the ViaFluvia promise superb cycling getaways.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument formidable dans ce logement en Ardèche. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été séduits par le charme du lieu, la propreté impeccable et l’accueil chaleureux de François. La maison est décorée avec beaucoup de goût, parfaitement équipée et offre un cadre calme et reposant, idéal pour se ressourcer.
La vue sur les paysages ardéchois est magnifique, et l’emplacement permet de profiter facilement des villages typiques, des randonnées et des activités de la région. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse et les soirées au calme sous les étoiles ainsi que la visite de ferme, nos enfants étaient conquis.
Tout était pensé pour que nous nous sentions comme chez nous. C’est un véritable petit coin de paradis que nous recommandons sans hésitation. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

J Super logement et super accueil
Le gite est tout neuf et extrêmement bien décoré et équipé. La vaisselle est très complète, les lits et oreillers très confortables et tout est bien pensé.
Par ailleurs la proximité avec la ferme et les vaches a ravi nos enfants. Le propriétaire était très serviable, arrangeant et aimable. Merci beaucoup pour cet accueil !- Cleanliness

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez François et Chantal.

framboise Très bon séjour
Trèsjoli gîte restauré avec goût, vaisselle et ustensils de cuisine comme à la maison. hôtes accueillants et disponibles. Proche du parc animalier de Peaugres, accrobranche, Palais du facteur cheval, Chocolaterie Valhrona.Excellent séjour. Bonne continuation, Nous vous souhaitons un bel été.
