On the banks of the river, the old silkworm farm is surrounded by 8 Holiday cottages, 2 of which are accessible to people with reduced mobility (Holiday cottages Carpe Diem and Portokali). All set in a renovated farmhouse built of local stone, 30 meters from the river, in a peaceful setting with a shared swimming pool (14mx7m) open from May to September, with a central paddling pool, heated by solar panels, the water temperature is variable according to the weather. You'll enjoy outdoor terraces, partly shaded garden nooks with a splendid view of the Beaume gorges, and private parking spaces. Each Holiday cottage has its own private terrace and barbecue. All amenities 1km away in Joyeuse. All sports and leisure activities nearby.
Our Holiday cottage "Le Kiwi" has an air-conditioned living room on the first floor, including a kitchen opening onto the living room (TV), and a separate toilet. Moving upstairs, you'll find the sleeping area with an air-conditioned bedroom (160cm bed) and TV, a second bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a single Bunk beds. There's also a shower room and a second toilet.
For your comfort, the Holiday cottage is air-conditioned in the living room and master bedroom.
Wifi connection: available next to the Piscine in a communal area and on the gîte's private terrace.

Piscine info: shared with other Holiday cottages, accessible from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., secured by barriers and a gate, equipped with a roller shutter. Dimensions: 14 m x 7 m, progressive depth up to 2.40 m. Open from May to September, weather permitting, chlorinated/heated water.
