In the heart of the Ardèche garrigue, "Le jardin des oiseaux" welcomes you in all simplicity, away from the hustle and bustle of life, for a relaxing vacation.
The Mare aux Anges estate is located near Labeaume, a village of character in the southern Ardèche.
Ideally located, our 2 completely independent Holiday cottages, not overlooked, will enable you to discover the sites and curiosities of the Ardèche heritage. You'll be spoilt for choice when it comes to organizing your getaways.
The house is nestled on the heights of "la mare aux anges", with an exceptional view of the surrounding Cevennes mountains and their magnificent sunsets.
This cosy little nest in an old stone house welcomes a family of 4 in complete tranquillity, with only the song of cicadas and birds to lull you to sleep.
On-site relaxation awaits you:
- A private Piscine* with deckchairs and mattresses.
- Two sets of garden furniture, depending on the chosen terrace, and private outdoor areas.
- A ping-pong table and a swing for the little ones.
Inside, you'll enjoy the atmosphere of a Countryside vacation home:
- An air-conditioned living room with lounge and fully-equipped kitchen.
- 2 bedrooms: Bedroom 1: 180x200 double bed with toilet/shower area on the same floor. Bedroom 2: Two single beds 90x190 with en-suite bathroom (toilet & bath) opening onto the outside.
- And a veranda. A second indoor dining area where you can admire the setting sun, share an aperitif and enjoy a delicious barbecue.
Electric heating included in the rental price - excluding use of air-conditioning (meter reading up to €30 on average).
Extra charge of 12€/pers for linen and towels.
*Piscine: 4mx7m, 1.50m deep, alarm open from May to Sept, weather permitting/unheated, chlorinated.
